Different skin will have different trigger for acne prone skin. Some people has perfect skin no matter what they eat, but with acne prone skin, the common triggers are oily, deep fried food, chocolates, chips, sugar. Chilli is bad only if they are blended with unhealthy stuff like the local fried chilli for nasi lemak which is oil laden, or blachan chilli as the shrimp paste used is toxic for the body. If you love chilli, eat them fresh cut.
Generally, we should eat less of white stuff like plain flour, sugar, salt and preserved foodstuff.

Hormone fluctuation before menstration sometimes cause individual to have more acne before and during this period of time. Do u notice yourself craving for certain food during this period? e.g. chocolate, deepfried food etc.? It will help if u can avoid unhealthy food and try to relax more during this period of time. Stress can play havoc on the skin.
Try including Vitamin B and C to lower the effect of stress. Water helps to flush the system, so, remember to drink plenty of water.
I’ll post a couple of recipe today just for oily skin, read my new post.

Hi Brandon,
If the scar is new and small, at your age, it wouldn’t take too long to heal. Exfoliating or using AHA products helps speed up the healing process and can help in removing whiteheads if use regularly. If u are getting lots ofwhitheads, it is advisable to seek out a professional beauty therapist to help you remove it.

Hello,
the blog is very informative and useful for skin problems. I had eczema but it didn’t go completely yet / I’ll try some fruits as you suggested.
